I think although you are obviously overweight you are a lovely person and it would be a shame to miss out on life so lose a bit of weight and live a bit more

Holy crap you're fat. I bet that mass in front of you moves on its own. Does it smack you in the face when it moves up and down when you walk?

Anonymous said...

Yes, dear, you are a horribly fat man, especially since you are so young. You absolutely need to get yourself up and moving. You don't want to end up with high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and an early death in your 30s, do you? You have the power to change the route your life will take. Always remember that this is the only life you're going to be given, so you need to do everything you can to preserve it.

You obviously know that losing weight will help improve your health and increase your quality of life. Don't beat yourself up, just tell yourself you're doing it for your own well-being! Good luck!

Yes, you're overweight, but you look like one of those people who could lose that weight very easily. It's so worth it! Just a few lifestyle changes and you'll be sheading the pounds fast!

Anonymous said...

You probably already have diabetes. My mother in law was smaller than you and she died at 55 with diabetes from pneumonia caused by laying in an induced coma after she had a heart attack and stroke at the same time, because her legs formed clots in them because she couldn't move very well. All it took was for her to stand up. Do yourself a favor and get a gastric bypass.

You are fat. Were you fat as a kid? Often times we get used to the way our bodies are and figure that is how we are supposed to look. So you can get stucking thinking like a fat person. The truth is, anyone can be thin. It definitely may be easier for some than for others, but it is not an impossibility. So don't think about how you want to be smaller than you are now or just want to lose a certain number of pounds. Start thinking that it is well within your reach to have an entirely different body shape. No one has a "heavy" frame. We're all built with a skeletal system and a muscular system and the only difference is how much fat is stored around them. Best of luck in your fitness and weight loss and welcome to your new life.

Dude....You are one hefty guy. I'm surprised you don't already have health issues. Lose some weight. Lot's of water, vegitables, fruits and exercise. I lost 30 pounds just by cutting out processed sugar and keeping my carbs to less then 100 per day. If it's sugar, starch, or a bread product, don't eat it. Worked for me. When you drop the weight, you'll feel better, look better, and your chances of getting laid dramatically increase. Heck you might even be able to see your weiner without looking in the mirror.

GET IN MY BELLY!!!!!

Exercise regularly for about 15 minutes and have a balanced diet. Avoid fatty products.

Anonymous said...

Comeon man. Do some exercise and you will be back in shape

Anonymous said...

Damn, fatty is that picture really you? It looks like you're pregnant and carrying twin eight year olds.

Anonymous said...

You are, actually, very fat. I hope you're not actually skinny and anorexic. I would feel bad about taking money for that. But really you're fat.

Anonymous said...

It seems to me that you are scared of losing weight because being a heavy man is the only man you know. I don't accept this as a valid excuse. You're fat... It's not okay.

You sure look pretty overweight. But it's great that you're starting to think about getting healthier. Sympathies on the challenge you're facing, but you can do it. Some obvious things you probably know already: Pick one or more forms of exercise that won't wreck your feet and joints (esp. with the extra weight you're currently carrying around) and that you can incorporate into your lifestyle. Changing your diet is a lifestyle change as well. There are plenty of resources online if you need information, as well as books and even nutritionists you can go to. A support group of others that are focusing on this issue would probably help, and I hope your friends and family will help support you too. It's good that you have a positive self image--confidence will do you good as you embark on this project. You're looking at major changes. Just remember that it's a gradual process to lose the weight without too great a toll on your body. Slow and steady wins the race....

your fat but if you get movtivated you could loose weight and prevent getting sick

You are a obese person. You should check your BMI to see if you are hitting the morbid obese point. I myself am overweight but I realize that myself and don't need people to make me aware of something that I already know and live. I think it's great that you have a positive self image. Most fat people do not. Just think what you will think of yourself when you are at a healthy weight.

Hey...you are seriously fat. I'd love to have you stick around a while, and you're going to die if you don't lose the weight. C'mon now.

Anonymous said...

Yeah, you'd better lose some weight. I could probably curl up inside your belly and read a book, and that's just not healthy! Good luck on the weight loss, man. You're a young guy - don't miss out on the rest of your life just 'cause twinkies are yummy!!

Anonymous said...

Wow, you need to lose some weight cause you're on the fat side.

Well, you're not thin! I don't want to call you fat, you look so sad in your picture! You know sadness carries it's own weight, which just makes it worse.
lots of people have givin you some good suggestions, but I want to say this:
You need to learn to love yourself no matter what size you are, or losing weight will only be a temporary thing. We are so much more than the bpodies we have! Think about some of the things that make you happy, and think about how much more you could enjoy those things if you were healthier.
Also, think abot all the things you are besides a fat person, because if all you think of about yourself is that you are fat then what will you have left after you lose weight?

Boy, you are heavy..... I know what it is like to be overweight also.... but the whole key to it is preparing your mind and then taking action. All the comments in the world are not going to take the weight off. You and only you can do that. Inspiration comes from within, desire comes from within, believing in yourself comes from within.... once you start believing in yourself, only then can you start to make a change. Thats what I did. Even at my highest weight, I believed I was worth something special. So, what it comes down to... either keep eating till you kill yourself, or start believing in yourself to change what is going on.

Good Luck...

The best thing to do is to pray to God. Ask him to give you the strength and commitment to a healthier lifestyle. When you do start losing weight, post updated pictures on your blog. Commit to losing weight. Don't give in to the all the mean jerks who've made fun of you.

you wouldn't get a date with me with that big fat belly. seriously, your fat. go loose some weight. please.

Anonymous said...

You are fat....good luck losing the weight...I'm sure you'll feel so much better whatever you have to do will be worth it!

sir you are quite quite fat and I wish you the best in doing something about that.

I don't know you, but you gotta deserve better than having a bunch
of random strangers abuse you over the internet. Why not put the positive things that you're doing to lose weight on your blog and then ask
all these people to encourage your efforts?

Not only would losing weight better your health, but it'll make you more attractive to a wider range of people.

I believe you would look better. You seem like a nice guy, why not make it a complete package deal?

I am an older guy who previously got a lot of exercise. I mean a lot! For a number of reasons, including working too much overtime, Nexflix videos, an exercise-caused injury, laziness and others, I got out of the habit of exercising. And my ole bod gradually showed it! So after 3 or 4 years I had an epiphany and am walking over to my neighborhood park which has a pool and a modest weight room. But this isn't about me! I would plead with you to do something like that. And I want you to succeed! I've started using the stairs at work and stroll around our parking lot for 15-30 minutes a day. Can you find some stairs to walk? Start with one or two floors and increase it as you feel capable. Can you leave the car and walk a bit each day? Is there a YMCA in the area? You can do this and we all wish you well! I'm going to send you my email address if I can do that privately through your blog; you are welcome to contact me! We can get in shape together! It'll take some time but it's doable! Good luck, man!

Dude, however small - don't just cut out food your body is used to it, you can do this two ways, start slowly and build up, or go cold turkey.

The slo way will bore you, the cold turkey way will give you pain but work. Start exercising in conjunction with cutting down and see the weight fall off guaranteed!

Yes, you are "fat" but so are millions of other people in this world, myself included I suppose. You don't need me or anyone else to put you down and call you names. That is definitely not going to make you feel better about yourself or motivate you to lose weight. The only way you will accomplish this is because YOU want it and realize that right now you can't possibly be healthy. Good luck.

Ladies and gentlemen, can I please have your attention. I've just been handed an urgent and horrifying news story. I need all of you, to stop what you're doing and listen...

YOU'RE FAT! Great Odin's raven...that's one big wheel of cheese my man. I mean look, I know those burritos are delicious, but you can do better!

Lose some weight and get your body in shape so you can come to Open Jazz Flute Night with me.

Hey, I think this is a really mean way of trying to loose weight. You should have people give you positive comments. I think it would help more but since you asked...
You are so fat that when you go the movies and buy one ticket the movie is sold out.

Hi...I left you a comment in February, and I just wanted to see how you are doing? I hope that you don't allow yourself to live the same lifestyle without realizing the serious consequences. My husband lived a lifestyle much like yours until a month ago. It took him thinking that he was dying and having a heart attack along with having the ER DR. tell him that he was "a ticking time bomb" to finally change his habits. We eat lots of beans, veggies, fruit, whole wheat items, and little meat.
He has diabetes and high blood pressures as a result of life habits along with being obese. The Dr. said that he would have been in serious kidney failure if he had gone another few months. And, although he does not have it, sleep apnea is a major possibility. He goes to a Wellness Center to get help with permanent lifestyle changes. No fast food, and most of the labels on foods at the grocery store show them to be very unhealthy. It is so scary that I could have lost him forever. I have been thinking about your situation, and I wanted you to know that I truly do care. I hope that you have already or do make some life changes. Take Care.
