Gout is a very painful disease. Regardless of your weight, heres what you can eat to help get rid of the pain and gout attacks. Eat lots and lots of cherries, everyday. The juice in the cherries helps remove the uric acid causing gout. Fresh celery and lots of vitamin C (oranges, kiwifruit, leafy greens, etc.) can help remove the uric acid as well.
