I Hate Gout

Weight 355.2

64.8 down 155.2 to go.


Every time I start to lose 10 pounds I get a gout attach which limits my movement and limits my diet to non protein foods.  I really am getting sick of this.

Gout is a very painful disease. Regardless of your weight, heres what you can eat to help get rid of the pain and gout attacks. Eat lots and lots of cherries, everyday. The juice in the cherries helps remove the uric acid causing gout. Fresh celery and lots of vitamin C (oranges, kiwifruit, leafy greens, etc.) can help remove the uric acid as well. Eat plenty everyday and your gout attacks will likely disappear. Best of luck :)

Dude, losing weight is never easy! That's what makes it such a challenge.
Now is the time to push yourself as hard as you have ever pushed yourself because you never know when you are going to die..
No matter what people call you or tell you you should be like, just remember that God loves you and through him you can do all things.
