Still here still fat still trying.
I have a Basket Ball hoop at my new house and have tried a new exercise routine. I shot 100 free throws and chased the ball after either a basket or a miss. I keep track of the % made so I can keep interested in the routine. I did it twice last night and shot 23% on the first and 52% on the second. Took about 30 minuets per time and was not very hard to keep going. Was a bit sore in bed last night, but that cleared up in the morning. Blood sugar was 180 at bed last night and was 207 on waking which is lower than normal.
